about
Building organizations that are built for change.
Change isn't a project. It's a capability.
For more than 15 years, I've helped organizations navigate transformation—from leading talent and HR initiatives to designing enterprise change strategies for one of the world's largest retailers. Today, I serve as a Senior Change Manager, partnering with leaders to drive large-scale transformations that impact thousands of employees across complex organizations.
Along the way, I've learned something that changed the way I think about organizational change:
The organizations that thrive aren't the ones that experience the least disruption. They're the ones that have built the capacity to adapt.
That's why I created Built for Change.
This isn't just a consulting philosophy—it's a belief that change readiness can be developed just like physical strength. Just as athletes don't prepare for competition the day before the event, organizations can't expect resilience during periods of transformation if they haven't intentionally built the leadership, habits, and systems that support it.
My Philosophy
As a lifelong athlete and bodybuilder, I've spent years learning that lasting performance isn't built through intensity alone. It comes from consistency, recovery, discipline, and progressive growth.
I believe organizations work the same way.
Sustainable change doesn't happen because of a communication plan or a training session. It happens when leaders consistently reinforce the right behaviors, employees feel equipped to adapt, and change becomes part of the organization's culture—not just another initiative.
That's the foundation of Built for Change.
What I Believe
Change is a capability that can be developed.
Leadership sets the pace for organizational adaptability.
Sustainable transformation is built through systems, not heroic effort.
People don't resist change—they resist uncertainty, lack of trust, and unclear direction.
The strongest organizations invest in building change fitness before they need it.
My Experience
My career has spanned human resources, talent acquisition, leadership, and organizational change management across multiple industries. For the past five years, I've focused on enterprise transformation, helping leaders implement complex strategic initiatives while improving adoption, engagement, and long-term business outcomes.
My work has included supporting large-scale technology implementations, operational transformations, leadership enablement, communication strategies, learning experiences, and organizational readiness for enterprise change.
I'm also a speaker and lifelong student of organizational psychology, leadership, and human performance. I enjoy exploring the intersection of leadership, behavioral science, and high-performance habits to help organizations build cultures that don't just survive change—they grow because of it.
Looking Ahead
Built for Change exists to help leaders create organizations where adaptability becomes a competitive advantage.
Whether through speaking, thought leadership, practical tools, or future consulting partnerships, my mission is simple:
Help organizations build the strength, confidence, and capability to thrive through continuous change.
